WHO WE ARE
We are a sourdough brioche maker, based at Santa Barbara (CA - USA), who continiously look after better quality and customer satisfaction.
We come from France, where eating bread, baguette or brioche is essential. And we strongly believe in the power of sourdough culture in bread and their benefit for health. All our product are based on sourdough to increase quality, taste and life-shelving.
We love brioche and we want you to enjoy it under all it looks and represents.
We do not think you need to be just french or athletic to enjoy a brioche.
We probably will, but until then we're hoping to rewrite the traditional rules of branding, overturn common practice in company culture, and rethink craft baking as a whole.

Bree’Osh is a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Our primary focus is on brioches under all aspects (traditinal, feuilletée). Our approach to product development is involvement from everyone in the kitchen. The chef is the one who leads, inspires and cooperates with a team of talented bakers. At Bree’Osh, we aspire to recognize new leaders and talent to grow them with us in our company.
All final baked product will look impeccable because of you. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, your goal will be to produce an exceptional product with expediency, this position is all about timing. This shift is overnight, approximately from 2am - 10:00am.
Effectively executing baking process according to a strict schedule.
Filling, garnishing, of pastries.
Traying up all pastries to bake off properly according to oven settings
Make cookies, fudge, crumbles, béchamel, crème and others as needed.
Operate quickly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and remain calm under pressure
Team-oriented and collaborative in efforts towards being interdependent
Strong attention to detail
Efficient and clean work style
Great ability to manage time productively
General knowledge of viennoiserie and other products we make
Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description
Reliability to arrive to early morning shifts on time
Current Food Handlers Card
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend for 8 hour shift
2-5 years in a professional kitchen
